Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on Clinical Data Management concepts and industry best practices.
- Conduct live online and offline classroom sessions.
- Design engaging presentations, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Train students on leading Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Medidata Rave and other industry platforms.
- Provide hands-on training in data validation, query management, and database design.
- Mentor students on industry expectations, interview preparation, and career development.
- Evaluate learner performance through assessments, quizzes, and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Clinical Research and CDM industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course content.
- Maintain high-quality training standards and learner engagement.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, Medicine, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in Clinical Data Management.
- Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred.

- Clinical Trials Process
- ICH-GCP Guidelines
- Medidata Rave or equivalent EDC platforms
- SDTM & ADaM fundamentals
- Data Validation
- Query Management
- Data Reconciliation
- Database Design
- CDM Metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with global clinical trials.
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and other regulatory standards.
- Curriculum development experience.
- Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong MS Office and presentation skills.
