Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Clinical Research Trainers and Industry Mentors to deliver high-quality training across various clinical research and life sciences domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong practical industry experience with excellent communication and presentation skills and should be capable of translating complex concepts into clear, engaging, real-world learning experiences.

Candidates may apply to train in one or multiple areas, depending on their expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainer / Mentor, you will:
- Deliver engaging online and/or offline training sessions.
- Provide practical, industry-oriented knowledge with real-world examples and case studies.
- Explain complex clinical research concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Develop or contribute to training materials, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students and early-career clinical research professionals.
- Help learners understand industry workflows, standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Support learners in developing job-ready skills relevant to their chosen clinical research domain.
- Encourage interactive learning through discussions, scenarios, assignments, and Q&A sessions.
- Stay updated with current industry practices and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of training quality and learner engagement.
Preferred Background
Professionals working or previously experienced as Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Data Managers, Pharmacovigilance Professionals, Medical Writers, Regulatory Affairs Professionals, SAS Programmers, Biostatisticians, GCP Specialists, or professionals in related clinical research functions are encouraged to apply.
